:: New Admission Guidelines for K.G. II – 2025 ::
(English Medium & Bengali Medium)

For the Academic Session 2025 English Medium and Bengali Medium Online Admission Forms for K.G. II, will be available on 10th September 2024 in our School Website (www.hcikolkata.org).

Age limit : 5 years to 5 ½ years. (on 31st December 2024)

Kindly download the filled in admission form and submit it in the school office on Monday 11th September 2024 between 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon along with following document:
i) Admission Form.
ii) In Admission Form kindly give recent color photograph of candidate, father & mother.
iii) Xerox copy of Birth Certificate.
iv) Xerox copy of Hospital Discharge Certificate of the Mother.
v) Xerox copy of parents Voter ID Card. (anyone Father/Mother/Guardian)
vi) Xerox copies of previous class Report Card. (if available)
vii) Xerox copy of Aadhaar. (if available)

Please Note:

➢ The filling up of the admission form does not guarantee admission as we have limited seats. Come prepared for the Admission Test on 26th October 2024 at 11:30 a.m. Subjects for Admission Test (previous class): English, Bengali & Maths.
➢ Admission processing fee Rs 300 to be paid on the day of submission of the form, which is not refundable.
➢ Only one form per candidate either English or Bengali Medium and not both.
