▪ No Refund for Successful Transactions : Fees once paid will not be refunded for successfully submitted applications or successful bill payments.

▪ Cancellation Not Entertained : Cancellation of applications/bill payments will not be entertained.

▪ Settlement with School/Institute : In case of cancellation, the amount paid may be settled by fee adjustment with the respective School/Institute.

▪Failed Transactions : In case of a failed transaction, the user shall have no right to claim the amount. Neither the School/Institute nor the Banks/Payment Gateways shall bear the loss.

▪ Automatic Refund for Unsuccessful Transactions : An automatic refund will be initiated for transactions that are not successful.
